My Approach

I help women implement healthy habits and behaviors to best support their health during perimenopause and menopause so they can feel strong, energetic, and at their best health after 40 and beyond. In our sessions we target behaviors around nutrition, sleep, stress management, movement, and I’m certified in weight-loss coaching to help during this transition.

I also offer coaching for caregivers, who are trying to find the balance between living their most optimal, healthy life, while caring for aging parents or loved ones.

When you work with me, your sessions are customized to your needs, your schedule, and your values. Every session is a collaboration, where we work together to create the wellness plan that is realistic, achievable and sustainable. You will feel more confident you are doing what’s needed to see the results you are seeking.

Having strategies, support, and accountability will help you get results faster because we never take our eyes off the big picture. We stay focused, and you learn what strategies work best. I’m known for my positive, gentle encouragement and honesty. I also shine a light on the possible barriers, and help you figure out the tools to move you forward. All sessions are conveniently online, in a positive, nurturing, and non-judgmental space for you to grow.
