Health and Well-Being Coach
with Elizabeth Rodriguez, B.A., NBC-HWC, CPT
My Approach
I support women who are going through menopause to create and implement sustainable habits and behaviors around nutrition, sleep, stress management, and movement, and more areas so they can age with strength and optimum health. What worked before in the way we ate, moved, and slept doesn’t work the same when you have hormonal changes from menopause. These new behaviors are research based, backed by science to positively impact health during this transition. We focused on new options for moving, eating, protecting your sleep, managing your stress, and so much more!
I also offer coaching for caregivers who are caring for loved ones, and aging parents, to prioritize essential self-care and healthy behaviors so they can care for their loved ones without sacrificing their own health. To build resilience to care for others, starts with caring for yourself.
When you work with me, your sessions are customized to your needs, your schedule, and your values. Every session is a collaboration, where we work together to create the wellness plan that is realistic, achievable and sustainable. You will feel more confident you are doing what’s needed to see the results you are seeking.
Having strategies, collaboration, and accountability will allow you get results faster because we never take our eyes off the big picture. We stay focused, and you learn what strategies work best. I’m known for my positive, gentle encouragement and honesty. I also shine a light on the possible barriers, and help you figure out the tools to move you forward. All sessions are conveniently online, in a positive, nurturing, and non-judgmental space for you to grow.
Whole Health Approach
We move towards feeling better as a whole: emotionally, spiritually, mentally, in multiple aspects of your life, not just food behaviors.

“My biggest challenge was getting started and following through. I never really had a plan! Elizabeth is easy to talk to, uplifting, and positive. She is knowledgable about how to break down my goals into smaller, achievable steps. At my breaking point, you brought me back to focus to my big picture, and long-term goals.”
