A Health Coach Who Has Your Success At The Forefront
My Approach:The Three C’s
1
Clarity
We start by getting clarity on where you want to go with an intake form, and also with a coaching technique I use that really homes in on what you want to achieve while working together. I call this your North Star.
2
Customized
You are at the center of the changes you want to make. We look closely at what your needs and wants are, and we tailor your goals and action plan so they align with your values and what matters to you. It doesn’t matter if it’s on or off trend. This is your life, your program, your way. We also check in regularly on your progress and what strategies work best for you so you can maintain it moving forward.
3
Creative Solutions
We look at possibilities of new ideas and strategies you might not have thought of. You’ll develop a health-promoting, playful. flexible, mindset as you experiment implementing new habits and making them your own. It keeps things fun and interesting! This is why my clients love coaching; why it transforms their lives for the better, and why they are able to keep up their results.

What I Provide
What is a Health Coach?
Health Coaches are trained wellness professionals who can help guide and support you into making your habits around nutrition, sleep, movement, stress management a reality.
Health coaches work with your present and your future by helping you create action steps to move your forward. In our sessions, it starts with conversation, where I ask you powerful questions, listen deeply to your story and your answers, and from there, we co-create what you want to do in your action plan and goals you want to set. I never tell you what to do, and I always provide a menu of options so you can choose what works best for you. I am with you on this journey to let you know what discrepancies and barriers I see, and to support you 100% on what you want to do. Here is an article I wrote on common FAQ’s about coaching!
Health Coaches can also act as a bridge between you and your doctor. For example, if your health practitioner (such as a nutritionist or other doctor) wants you to incorporate recommendations, then I can strategize with you to follow through with what you or your health practitioner recommends for better health outcomes! I am trained in techniques such as Motivational Interviewing, Appreciative Inquiry, Whole-Being Coaching as taught by Dr.Linda Bark, and other valuable tools to coach my clients in the best way possible.
Healthy Habits I Have Helped Others Achieve
I have helped my clients improve their sleep routine, (even with insomnia we have been able to create habits to help), provide stress-management tools, create action plans for adding in more whole foods, lose weight, create realistic and sustainable movement plans, and incorporate mindfulness tools into their lives like breath work and meditation. Clients have reported having better energy, feeling better overall, better weight management, increased restorative sleep, improved blood-sugar (A1C) levels and lowered blood pressure, and overall excited and positive being on their health journey. Other wins that flow into my clients lives have been finding a medical team they are happy with, getting a new job, completing marathons, creating a support network of friends and colleagues, and having a better acceptance of managing their MS diagnosis to name a few!
Accountability
I hold you accountable in a genuine, encouraging, positive, nurturing, a non-judgmental manner. I work with where you are right now, at your pace, and we move the needle forward. I never make you feel you are behind or that you should be somewhere else. My clients always end up achieving more than they thought they would.
