My Favorite Restaurant in SA

If you haven't been to Pharm Table, you are in for a real treat not only for your tastebuds but also from a health perspective. Her restaurant has a wonderful philosophy of using seasonal produce, anti-inflammatory ingredients, following the guidelines of the Blue Zones; where there are high populations of people who live the longest, Ayurvedic principles; where the food promotes health and balance from the ancient wisdom of India, and the flair of Latin cuisine. All the food reflects these components, and there is so much care and love in the preparation! For example, they forage mesquite beans to make their mesquite bean latte, which is one of my personal favorites The combination of flavors in any dish would delight any foodie! 

     I have been a fan since the very beginning, and I love supporting women in their businesses, especially when health and utilizing all the benefits from food are at the forefront. Also, it is one of the few places I have found that really tries have options available for those who have food sensitivities without sacrificing flavor! The space is beautiful, and I highly recommend you check it out, especially if you are looking for delicious place to eat, that's good for you!  I always love to look at the menu to figure out what I want in advance!
