What is a Health Coach?

Health Coaches are trained wellness professionals who can help guide and support you on your health journey. As a health coach, I offer resources, support, accountability, mindful listening, and I encourage each client I work with to follow through on the changes they want to make to their health. I want you to feel confident that you can create sustainable lifestyle habits for a lifetime on your own. Health Coaches can also act as a bridge between you and your doctor. For example, if your health practitioner wants you to incorporate recommendations, then I can strategize with you to follow through with what you or your health practitioner recommends for better health outcomes! I am trained in techniques such as Motivational Interviewing, Appreciative Inquiry, Whole Body Coaching, and other valuable tools to coach my clients in the best way possible.

Healthy Habits For Supporting Hormone Health

Make steady improvements in hormone imbalances and other health imbalances with lifestyle coaching in areas such as improving your sleep routine, stress management, nutrition guidance, hydration, and set goals for movement and more. This will allow you feel more confident and resourceful that you are doing everything you can to support your health. Clients have reported having better energy, feeling better overall, better weight management, increased restorative sleep, improved blood-sugar (A1C) levels and lowered blood pressure.

Accountability

I hold you accountable in a genuine, encouraging, positive, nurturing, a non-judgmental manner. I work with where you are right now, at your pace, and we move the needle forward. I never make you feel you should be somewhere else. I work with each person to dive deeper into what could be holding them back, and we move forward in a positive way.

Investment:

All sessions are held virtually on Zoom, with a secure, client portal/app for tracking progress, scheduling, and way to communicate post-session with me to get the best support and accountability. We start where you’re at, and we stay focused and on track to where you want to be. Session notes, possible book recommendations, guided meditations, and helpful resources are included. Sessions are 60-minutes each.
