Personalized Health Coaching

When you work with me, you’ll become more connected and mindful to your habits, having a clearer path to take action. We look closely at what your needs, wants, and values are, and we tailor your sessions to them. All sessions are held virtually on Zoom, with a secure, client portal/app for tracking progress, scheduling, and way to communicate post-session with me to get the best support and accountability. We start where you’re at, and we stay focused and on track to where you want to be. Session notes, possible book recommendations, guided meditations, and helpful resources are included. Sessions are 60-minutes each.

Andalusi Dance

A unique dance class that focuses on a fusion of both Belly Dance and Flamenco. This class was created from my studies and experience performing both dance forms in Seville, Spain. I get you dancing right away, and we learn choreographies in a very fun and easy way. All levels, including beginners are welcome. This class is perfect for getting you to feel more confident in your dancing. This a barefoot class, and I love customizing the class to your level, to see you advance, and embracing the unique way you dance! I may show you the steps, but the fun, joy, and your style is what I love to celebrate and bring to the forefront. You also dance to fantastic music! Sessions are held virtually on Zoom, with recordings available in a private, password-protected file.

Your Home Pilates Practice

You will improve strength, flexibility, mobility and develop your own, personal, Pilates Practice. All workouts are tailored to your body and strength levels, and I give you a toolbox of stretches and movements that will target back, hips, tight shoulders, and wherever you feel discomfort or tight muscles. This is perfect for the busy person, for those who don’t want a group class or the commute, for those who have fibromyalgia or other health issues and want a fun and efficient approach to working out, and for those who want to target certain muscles that need more attention. Switching the classes up with variety, with props make the sessions fun, interesting, and promotes progress. We use props you already have first, then I make suggestions to help create your own, functional, Pilates space. Props include: the roller, the magic circle (ring), small/big ball, small weights, resistance band, yoga blocks. You learn to use all your props with ease, confidence, and for pain relief. Sessions are held virtually on Zoom, with you recordings available in a private, password-protected file.
