Patient Outcomes Improve With Health Coaching

Health coaching helps individuals gain the knowledge, skills, tools, and confidence to become active participants in their own care. Coaches are skilled in communication techniques to assess what the person knows, and at what state of change they are at, so they can help these individuals get unstuck and be able to create goals they can realistically accomplish for better health outcomes.
